- 350g boneless chicken
- 1 packet of Tulua's Vindaloo paste
- 1 egg
- Burger bun
- Mayo / cream sauce
1. Boil & pull 350g chicken.
2. In a pan, add Vindaloo paste & pulled chicken. Mix well & set aside.
3. Scramble 1 egg with butter, 1tbs cream & salt.
4. Assemble: Mayo at bottom bun, topped lettuce & pulled vindaloo chicken. Topped with scrambled egg & green chillies.
Top with cream sauce (optional)
