Ghee Roast Cutlets

Ghee Roast Cutlets

- 250g 
potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
- 50g peas
- 80g corn
- 1/2 cup Grated carrots & beetroot
- 3 chopped chillies
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 cup Rawa


1. In a large mixing bowl, add Ghee Roast paste + all ingredients except rawa.

2. Combine well and roll into balls.

3. Coat with Rawa and refrigerate for 15mins to 1hr 5.

4. Shallow fry and serve.
