Malaikari Spaghetti Recipe

Malaikari Spaghetti

Serves 2-3

- 100g spaghetti pasta
- 100g mushrooms (sliced)
- 12 cherry mushrooms (cut into halves)
- 50g broccoli (cut into small florets & blanched)
- Basil leaves


1. Cook spaghetti pasta with 1tbs salt. Set aside.

2. In a pan, add Malaikari paste, 1/4th cup water and all veggies.

3. Simmer on low heat till mushrooms & cherry tomatoes are cooked. Add basil leaves.

4. Add boiled paste and mix well.

5. Garnish with basil leaves.
