- 450g mixed veggies : Cauliflower, Carrot, Peas, Potatoes.
- 1 packet of Tulua's Malaikari
- Coriander leaves for garnish.
1. Blanch 450g mixed veggies and set aside. Reserve the water.
2. In a pot, add Malaikari paste & 1 cup reserved water.
3. Add blanched veggies & simmer until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
