Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
Kofta:
2 boiled potato - mashed
1 cup grated paneer
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Chopped green chillies
Chopped coriander
5 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp cornflower
Curry:
Butter Masala paste
Butter
Thinly sliced ginger
Cream
Kasuri methi
Coriander
Directions:
Kofta:
- Combine all ingredients. Roll into small balls & deep fry till golden.
Curry:
- In a kadai add a knob of butter & thinly sliced ginger. Saute till the raw smell from ginger is gone.
- Add butter masala paste, cream half cup water & bring it to a light simmer.
- Add the koftas, kasuri methi/fresh coriander and stir well.
- Serve with parathas.
