Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 large Onions
Butter Masala paste
1 cup Besan
2 finely chopped green chillies
Vegetable oil (to fry)
Directions:
- Slice Onions in moons. (Like you would for pakoda/bhajiya). Set asisde.
- In a mixing bowk, add green chillies, butter masala paste and besan.
- Add water if needed and mix into a thick batter.
- Deep fry until golden. Top with garam masala & fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with Tandoori mayo
Tandoori mayo: Mix regular mayo with tandoori powder.
