Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 350g boneless chicken
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Sprig of curry leaves
- Fried onion
- Coriander leaves
Directions:
1. Boil & shred the chicken.
2. In a kadhai add 1 sprig of curry leaves, Malabar paste & 100ml Coconut milk, bring it to simmer on low heat.
3. Add the shredded chicken, mix well. Cover & simmer on low heat till the consistency is thick.
4. Add to a serving bowl, garnish with fried onion & coriander leaves.
5. Serve with parothas.
